Estimates. Starting prices on this site are typical starting points for homes in the Storrs, CT area. Final pricing depends on home size, condition, frequency, and any add-ons.

Access. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and to share any conditions that affect the work (pets, alarms, parking, or construction dust).

Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly so we can return and make it right.

Liability. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. Our responsibility is limited to the services we perform and the coverage our policies provide.
